1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "winbit" refers to the winbit platform, its operators, and affiliated service entities responsible for delivering the online casino, sports betting, and gaming products available at winbit.club.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the winbit platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the winbit platform, through which gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Platform" refers to the winbit website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting products accessible at winbit.club.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all winbit account balances, transactions, and wagering activity are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or any non-cash value allocated to a user's account by winbit as part of a promotion, welcome offer, or loyalty reward.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked in eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is expressly forbidden by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winbit. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the winbit platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the winbit Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

winbit reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on the winbit platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

Use of the winbit platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. winbit enforces a strict minimum age policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited and any account found to be operated by an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the winbit platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not accessing the platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

4. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one registered account on the winbit platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. winbit shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account. All activity conducted through your account whilst your credentials are active is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity.

5. Account Verification

winbit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible platform management standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet registered to your verified name)

winbit reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for any account that has not completed the verification process. Verification documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. winbit will process verification requests within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via your registered contact details.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your winbit account are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). winbit accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at winbit's discretion. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. winbit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. winbit reserves the right to return deposits to source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified winbit account. winbit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. In cases where the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, winbit support will advise on the available alternative channel.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation accepted) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement attached to your account balance must be satisfied in full before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• winbit reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change.

winbit targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing times. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

winbit may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. winbit reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through any means is prohibited.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion.
• winbit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any Bonus Funds already allocated to accounts will be settled in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of allocation.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, account duplication, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension.

9. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on winbit is governed by the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules published within the relevant betting sections of the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• winbit reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical or pricing error has resulted in odds being displayed that are clearly incorrect. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account.
• Outright bets (e.g., tournament winner markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, FIFA World Cup) are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that market. Stakes may be returned at winbit's discretion.
• winbit reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount accepted from any individual user or on any individual market at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event, where in-play betting is not offered, will be voided and stakes returned.

10. Casino Games

The winbit casino product suite — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual table games — is supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero. Each game operates under the certified random number generation and fair play standards applied by the respective provider.

winbit does not manufacture or modify game outcomes. All game results are determined by the provider's certified systems and are independent of winbit's platform configuration. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on the winbit platform and the provider's own server records, the provider's server records shall be the definitive record of the outcome.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for casino games are displayed within each game interface. winbit reserves the right to set user-level stake limits at its discretion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the winbit platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or bet.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the winbit platform or its infrastructure.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

winbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the account.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction or closure.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, winbit reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, account balances may be permanently forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winbit support. Upon closure, any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Responsible Gaming

winbit is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered account holder at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations, after which you will be prompted to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the winbit platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

winbit strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. If you are aware of a person under 18 accessing the winbit platform, please contact support immediately.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the winbit platform — including but not limited to the winbit brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of winbit or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winbit platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any winbit content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, service interruptions, or connectivity issues outside winbit's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss or corruption of account data due to circumstances beyond winbit's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the winbit platform.

winbit's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winbit makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

16. Privacy

winbit collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the winbit Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

17. Amendments to These Terms

winbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the winbit platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the winbit platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winbit's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration, the outcome of which shall be final and binding on both parties.

winbit operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding licensing status with any specific regulatory authority. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the winbit platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
